Headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota maintains offices in nine North Dakota cities: Fargo, Bismarck, Devils Lake, Dickinson, Grand Forks, Jamestown, Minot, Valley City and Williston.
